Taichan satay was originally a satay made from chicken meat without using any additional seasoning. Many think this satay comes from Korea or Japan. Did you know this satay is one of the satay creations that was born in Indonesia. This satay appeared by accident and was inspired by the Japanese who eat satay in Indonesia. The origin of this taichan satay is indeed quite unique and unexpected. Here is the difference between satay taichan and other typical Indonesian satays:
